FAQs
Do you accept Pets? Yes, We accept dogs in our holiday homes. We ask this is limited to two in 2 bedrooms, Four in 4 & 6 bedroom Houses.
Do you have BBQs at the lodges? Yes, on all terraces you will find a charcoal BBQ
Are bath towels and bed linen provided? Yes , it’s a great idea to bring swim/beach towels.
Is there WiFi at the houses on Retallack Resort? Yes, Wifi is Free to use. Please note, there is very good coverage at the resort, however from time to time, if many people are streaming at the same time, this can have an impact on the bandwith.
Can we book mid-stay cleans? Yes, our cleaners charge £15.00 per hour and this is paid directly to our cleaners. To book please just send an email to stay@queenwoodholidays.com
Can we order a supermarket shop to be delivered? Yes, deliveries can be made from 4pm on your arrival day. Please just give them your property number and they can deliver straight to you door.
Arrival and Departure
What time is Check-in? Check-in is at 4pm
What time is Check-out? Check out is at 10am
Can I arrive on resort early? Yes please enjoy the resort ahead of your check-in. This is a great time to familiarise yourself with the resort.
Is there luggage drop? Unfortunately we do not have a luggage drop zone.
On Departure what do we need to do? Please lock the door and replace the key in the key box and hang the lanyard key on the hook. Please dispose of rubbish in the refuse bins. Finally please know the journey can be longer than expected on peak travel days so do make yourself drinks and fill waters before you leave to have provisions for your journey.
Activities on Retallack Resort
Can we use the pool free of charge? Yes, All our houses include memberships to the resort health club and pool.
How do we book a swim session ?
Please ring 01637 882400 to book a swim session ahead of your stay and then book more during your stay.
What age is the AquaPark for? 8 Years old and over children should be competent swimmers ( 25 meters ).
